Ferri is a technology company that makes available a platform for matchmaking "consumers" seeking travel services from and to various destinations across India with "providers" who can provide such travel services. The services are delivered by The providers and Ferri acts simply as a marketplace platform. In this Term and Conditions, the words “we”, “us” or “our” mean “Ferri” or “Ferri Shuttle”.

Services

Ferri engages in the business of the provision of tour and travel-related services through its platform. Collectively these are referred to as Services.

Platform - Ferri engages in the business of the provision of the tour and travel- related services through its various platforms, including its website(s), phone application, communication systems like phone or SMS, customer service, customer and vendor management systems, support ticketing systems, and across its web and mobile applications. Collectively, these ways of enabling our services are referred to as the Ferri Platform.

Consumer, Customer, or You – An individual or organization that seeks services delivered by independent third-party Operators through the Ferri Platform. Such an an individual or organization is a consumer on the Ferri platform. A customer needs services either for their own use or use by another.

Third-Party Provider – An individual or organization that operates as an independent third-party and uses or interacts with the Ferri technology platform to receive marketing leads for consumers that can avail of the provider's service or product. A provider or Provider Partner is an independent third-party who has a contractual relationship with Ferri.

Electronic Communication

When you use the Ferri Platform or send emails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically with such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices, and messages on this site or through the Ferri platform. You concur that all arrangements and different correspondences that we give to you electronically fulfill any legitimate necessity that such interchanges be recorded as a hard copy.

Using Our Services

You must follow any of our policies made available to you within our Services. Utilizing our Services doesn't give you responsibility for property rights in our Services or the substance that you access in our Service. You may not utilize content from our Services except if you get consent from its proprietor or are in any case allowed by law. These terms don't allow you the option to utilize any marking or logos utilized in our services. Try not to eliminate, dark, or modify any lawful notification shown in or alongside our Services.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, admin messages, and other information related to the service. Some of our Services are available on electronic devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws and making a loss to you.

Some of our offer services have additional terms and conditions that apply. Those terms and conditions are listed separately and apply to your use of such services and take benefits of it. If at any time, if the terms listed between those additional terms & the terms listed in this document seem to overlap or missed, then the terms that are more specific, more restrictive, or more directly applicable to the use scenario shall be applicable in our services.

Security Advisories

We take customer and driver safety seriously.

Customer's or Passenger pickup & drop address must be a valid residential, commercial office, hotel, shopping mall, markets, etc, or public places such as railway stations, airports, bus depots, or any other known landmarks. Any isolated or outstrike area where driver safety may be a concern shall not be considered as a valid pickup address. The Driver reserves the right to refuse a pick up from such a location which he deems to be unsafe. The customer shall be required to select a reachable and acceptable pickup point in such a case.

We advise the customers to verify the identity of the driver before the trip begins to confirm if they are traveling with the same person as assigned by Ferri. We also urge our customers to verify the license plate of the car and confirm if they are commercial (yellow plated) and match the details provided by Ferri.

Similarly, the driver may seek the customer's identification proof to ensure that he is picking the right person(s) for the trip. Thinking about the safety of both Client and Driver as the main priority, we for the most part don't permit a Driver fatigue and encourage a change of Driver weariness and energize a difference in Driver and whenever required, a vehicle from major breakpoints in the journey.

Our Platform and its Contents

The substance on our platform is for your overall data and utilization as it were. It is liable to change without earlier notification. Neither we nor any outsiders give any guarantee or assurance concerning the precision, practicality, execution, fulfillment or appropriateness of the data and materials found or offered on this site for a specific reason. You recognize that such data and materials may contain mistakes or blunders and we explicitly reject obligation for any such mistakes or blunders to the furthest reaches allowed by law. Your utilization of any data or materials on this site is totally at your own personal danger, for which we will not be subject. Ferri Shuttle Passes

1 .  Pass purchased for selected route will be used in same route, it won't be applied on different route.

2 .  Pass is not applicable on same current date of purchasing, pass can be purchased from next schedule running date. Pass can be purchased in advance

3 .  Pass will be automatically applied from selected date of booking as per no. of ride purchased. For example 7 ride pass purchased will be automatically applied, if pass is purchased on current day i.e monday it will be applied on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, friday, saturday Next week monday, tuesday. As sunday is not operational, so pass purchased will not be applied on sunday.

4 .  Passenger can cancel any schedule ride from pass purchased as per ticket cancellation policy

5 .  Passanger can not buy any pass from instant ride section neither any pass is applied on instant ride, pass is only for office ride.

6 .  Seprate two passes has to be purchase for morning office ride and evening office ride

7 .  Purchased pass can never be transfer to any other office commuter.

8 .  8.purchased pass or any ticket from office ride section by one individual is not valid for travelling for another individual.

9 .  Ride cancellations with Pass can be done using our Help & Support section. There is no refund for rides cancelled on the same day, but in emergency cases, if you wish to cancel the ride - the rides cancelled 30 minutes prior to schedule will be refunded to your wallet. Please make sure that you mention the reason for cancellation and all valid refunds will be done to your wallet within 24 - 48 hours.

Cancellation & Refund

Full refund will be credited to wallet as per cancellation policy

Booking ride from Instant ride section, no ticket cancellation is allowed nor refund will be given

We would be sad to see you go. Still, suppose you wish to take a refund – in that case, you need to delete the pass from the app within the validity period. We shall refund the amount proportionate to the number of rides remaining after deducting 40% of the amount.

Your per ride cost will be calculated based upon the total amount paid for the pass divided by the total number of rides in the pass at the time of pass purchase. Rides carried forward to the new pass when you renew your old pass are non-refundable. Passes whose validity has expired will not be eligible for a refund.

By buying a Pass, you agree to use all rides mentioned within the stipulated period. You shall not be provided additional rides or additional time over and above the fixed under the pass plan purchased.

All offers are valid for a limited period only. Ferri reserves the right to remove/change/modify any plan at any time without prior notice.
